At Feeling the Healing, the classes I offer are more than just sessions – they’re invitations to come home to yourself.
These practices form the heart of my day retreats, but they’re also powerful on their own. Whether you’re dipping in for a one-off class or experiencing them together at a retreat, each one is crafted to meet you where you are – no pressure, no perfection, just space to feel, move and breathe.
I also offer one-on-one sessions, tailored to your needs and goals. These personalised experiences blend my practices to support you in your own way, at your own pace.

Our woodland retreats are a community favourite, held in peaceful forests near Chelmsford and Ingatestone. You’ll experience yoga, soma breathwork, sound healing and cold water therapy in nature, alongside likeminded women. These powerful, feel-good days are designed to help you bring out all the good emotions stored within.
Spots are limited and often sell out within hours.

Cold Plunges

Soma Breathwork
A powerful way to release tension and raise your energy using music and guided breath. Leave feeling lighter, clearer and emotionally reset.

Mindful, peaceful walks in nature that help reduce stress and bring a sense of calm. A simple but powerful way to reconnect with the world around you.

Day retreats
Immersive outdoor experiences blending two or three of these practices. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, recharged and connected to a wonderful community.
