Through yoga, soma breathwork, sound healing, forest bathing, and vibrant retreat days, we create joyful experiences that are empowering, transformative, but most of all fun. 

Raising your vibration, in nature, and through movement. 

We offer a mix of soul nourishing practices that are designed to work with the real you, not the polished version:

Yoga classes – grounding, uplifting and designed for every body

Soma breathwork – release and reset while raising your vibration 

Sound healing – using crystal bowls to tune your body and mind

Forest bathing – slow down and find peace in nature

Cold plunges – energising dips that spark dopamine and boost your mood

Day retreats – immersive outdoor events to reset and reignite

Bringing these elements into both classes and retreats.

Location: Galleywood Heritage Centre, CM2 8TR

Location: Fryerning Parish Room, Ingatestone, CM4 0HS

Time: 11am -4.30pm (times may vary)

Price: £40 per person (deposit required to book your space)

Our woodland retreats are a community favourite, held in peaceful forests near Chelmsford and Ingatestone. You’ll experience yoga, soma breathwork, sound healing and cold water therapy in nature, alongside likeminded people. These powerful, feel-good days are designed to help you bring out all the good emotions stored within.

Spots are limited and often sell out within hours.

Weekly Classes & Private Sessions
